Our Best of British cheese medium selection features hand-ladled Colston Bassett Stilton (from Nottingham), Isle of Mull cheddar - a strong mature cheddar made in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, in Scotland, Stonebeck Wensleydale - the first farmhouse Wensleydale to be made since world war 2 from Nidderdale, Yorkshire, Ragstone - a British goat's cheese made in Sevenoaks, Kent and a Ballylisk brie made in County Armagh in Northern Ireland, which is a 3 stars Great Taste Awards cheese.
Cradoc's oat with cheddar cheese crackers, hand-made in by the Cradoc family in Wales and a delicious spiced pear chutney (think fruity and warm) completes the selection. With just over 1kg of cheese you've enough to feed 6-8 people as a cheese course, or a hearty supper for 4-6 people.
