This crisp elegant Pays D'Oc Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant and zesty, with a pale yellow tone and green notes. Perfect pairing with goat's cheeses and will cut through creamy bries and richer soft cheeses too. Like all our Waddesdon Rothschild Collection wines the wine is made in the South of France for Waddesdon, rather than at Waddesdon. A very drinkable Sauvignon and great for parties and picnics.
